We will endeavour to dispatch goods on receipt of payment as soon as possible. If payment is processed before 3pm, will usually be posted same day.
Postal charges will be subject to weight, dimensions and distance.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from BASS LURES. We work hard to offer you quality and style at affordable prices. So if, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a full refund.
To return an item to us for a refund just follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us and let us know that you're returning a product to us.
2. Wrap the unused item and its original packaging securely and send the package, together with a covering letter and proof of purchase, to the address below:

We'll notify you via email when we've processed your refund. This usually takes around 5 working days. Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery unless we've delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we've delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We can't issue refunds for goods that don't reach us.
