IMA's Komomo 2 needs to be fished slowly; with the rod pointing towards the lure and roughly a foot above it's exact position. We have found that this technique provides optimum swimming action. If you retrieve the K2 from a rod out to one side and with a bend in the tip, often the lure's action will be adversely affected.

Fishing the K2 is about feeling it moving as well as watching it's action translated into your rod tip. Wind slowly and feel the rhythmic roll of the lure whilst also watching the rod tip for a consistent pulse. Changes in this pattern will more often than not mean that a fish is close and has perhaps even hit the K2 before turning to bite.

Although designed with Sea Bass in mind, the Komomo 2 is equally effective in freshwater environments and has been a popular choice amongst fresh water anglers in pursuit of Pike and Chub.

The new Komomo 2 90mm has a slightly rounder profile and swims a little deeper that the original.

The K2 colour ranges are diverse and every colour has worked for us so far. Are there any colours that you would like to see in this lure? Please let us know. Equally, if you have any experiences to share, we would love to hear from you.
