It's nice when we receive a new product that offers our customers even more opportunity to adapt their techniques. The Decoy Screw Hook is one of those little innovations that is really beginning to throw up good results in both fresh and salt water.
Quite simply, the Screw Hook is an offset worm hook with a propeller attached close to the eye. The Screw Hook will give any soft plastic lure that added attraction and resistance up front with the benefit of weedless texas rigging. A straight, slow retrieve will ensure a typical 'screw bait' action and turbulent trail. Similarly, cast across the current and let the lure simply swing round. We anticipate this neat little product to be deadly for sea trout in estuaries, salmon in rivers and bass off the rocks or from the boat!
